In this pivotal role the Regional Security Manager (RSM) champions the regional security program ensuring seamless alignment with our corporate objectives and business strategy. Youll integrate security practices across all business units delivering comprehensive protection for Medtronics tangible and intangible assets. Your responsibilities will span travel security, physical security design, executive protection, crisis response, incident management, workplace violence prevention, threat assessment and mitigation, risk assessment, investigations, education and training, and fostering a robust security culture.
