We are recruiting for Principals, Vice Principals, Heads of School, Deputy Heads, and Phase Leaders (KG, Primary and Secondary) for August 2026 appointments.These leadership positions are within well-established British, American and international curriculum schools serving diverse, high-achieving student communities. Schools are committed to academic excellence, innovation, safeguarding, and preparing students for global success.This is a career-defining opportunity for ambitious education leaders seeking international school leadership roles in the Middle East.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic leadership and vision aligned with whole-school development plansDrive school improvement initiatives, raising standards in teaching, learning and outcomesLead curriculum implementation (British, American or IB frameworks)Ensure robust safeguarding, pastoral care and wellbeing systemsOversee recruitment, performance management and professional development of staffPrepare for and lead inspection readiness (ADEK, KHDA or equivalent regulatory bodies) – Previous experience is highly preferredBuild strong partnerships with parents, governors and community stakeholdersCandidate RequirementsBachelor’s degree in EducationMaster’s degree or NPQH/NPQEL – essentialMinimum 3–5 years’ experience in a senior leadership roleProven track record of improving academic outcomes and leading school growthStrong understanding of international curricula (British National Curriculum, American, IB or equivalent)Experience in international schools or multicultural environments preferredExcellent communication, organisational and leadership skillsSafer Recruitment & Safeguarding CommitmentAll appointments are subject to rigorous safer recruitment procedures in line with international safeguarding best practice.
