Senior Scaffolding Inspector – Oil&Gas HSE Certified

Join a business with deep technical roots, where your voice is heard, your impact is visible, and your career is part of a legacy of excellence.</p><p><strong>Your Role</strong></p><p>As a<strong>Scaffolding Inspector</strong>, you will :</p><ul><li>Conduct detailed inspections of scaffolding structures, including platforms, access points, and supports</li><li>Certify scaffolding before use by applying appropriate tagging systems (Green / Yellow / Red)</li><li>Ensure all scaffolding activities comply with ADNOC standards and international codes such as OSHA, CISRS, and BS EN</li><li>Maintain accurate inspection records, reports, and non-conformance documentation</li><li>Liaise with site supervisors, HSE teams, and contractors to close out safety observations</li><li>Verify correct use of materials, safe erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding</li><li>Proactively identify hazards and recommend corrective actions to prevent incidents</li></ul><p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Experience:</strong>Minimum 10 years of experience in scaffolding within Oil&Gas, petrochemical, or heavy industrial projects</li><li><strong>Education:</strong>Diploma or certification in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.</li><li><strong>Certifications :</strong>Valid Scaffolding Inspection Certification (CISRS Basic/Advanced, Scaffolder Supervisor, TUV SUD, or equivalent); ADNOC-approved scaffolding inspection certification (mandatory)</li><li><strong>Expertise:</strong>Strong knowledge of scaffold design principles, risk assessment, and HSE requirements; Excellent communication, reporting, and documentation skills</li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><ul><li>The chance to contribute to some of GCC’s Oil and Gas EPC Mega projects.</li><li>A collaborative, supportive environment that values innovation and excellence.</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and career progression.</li><li>Competitive salary and benefits package.</li></ul><p><strong>Ready to be part of our team?</strong></p><p>If you’re inspired by what you’ve read and believe you’re the right fit, we’d love to hear from you.</p><p>Join Target Engineering and Construction Co.
