Senior SAP Integration Consultant

<div><p>Select how often (in days) to receive an alert:</p><p>To design, develop, and support SAP integration solutions using SAP Integration Suite and SAP Process Integration, ensuring reliable data exchange between systems such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Cloud for Customer, and SAP Hybris, while maintaining system stability and supporting business integration requirements.</p><h3>Key Accountability Areas</h3><h3>Integration Development</h3><ul><li>Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using SAP Integration Suite and SAP Process Integration technologies.</li><li>Message Mapping</li><li>XSLT Mapping</li><li>Create and maintain Integration Builder objects such as Integrated Configuration Objects (ICO).</li><li>Develop and maintain complex mapping programs and user-defined functions.</li><li>Configure and manage web service interfaces and service interfaces within the Enterprise Services Repository (ESR).</li><li>Configure and manage SAP adapters including:<ul><li>IDOC</li><li>JDBC</li><li>FILE</li><li>RFC</li><li>SOAP</li></ul></li><li>Develop and manage both client and server proxies.</li><li>Perform unit testing of developed interfaces to ensure solution quality.</li></ul><h3>System Integration&Landscape Management</h3><ul><li>Work with various SAP systems including SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Cloud for Customer, and SAP Hybris.</li><li>Implement and support cross-system integrations across SAP and third-party applications.</li><li>Work with System Landscape Directory (SLD) activities related to integration configuration.</li><li>Develop and maintain workflows using Cross Component Business Process Management (ccBPM) where applicable.</li></ul><h3>System Monitoring and Support</h3><ul><li>Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot SAP integration issues across the landscape.</li><li>Investigate and resolve advanced incidents and service requests.</li><li>Provide production support and ensure timely resolution of integration-related issues.</li><li>Maintain system stability and ensure compliance with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).</li></ul><h3>Technical Assessment&Solution Design</h3><ul><li>Perform technical analysis and scoping of business requirements.</li><li>Prepare accurate development effort estimates and provide technical recommendations.</li><li>Design low-level technical solutions ensuring alignment with business and system requirements.</li><li>Assist in project planning, defining project scope, and preparing work plans for integration activities.</li></ul><h3>Documentation and Compliance</h3><ul><li>Produce high-quality technical documentation for all developments, integrations, and customizations.</li><li>Ensure adherence to established documentation standards and templates.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to the SAP landscape.</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve system performance, productivity, and operational efficiency.</li><li>Research and recommend emerging technologies and best practices to enhance integration architecture.</li><li>Proactively suggest improvements to reduce operational costs and increase system reliability.</li></ul><h3>Communication and Collaboration</h3><ul><li>Provide timely updates on project status, risks, and issues to team members and management.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders.</li><li>Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li></ul><h3>Role Accountability</h3><ul><li>Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job.</li></ul><h3>Delivery</h3><ul><li>Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.</li><li>Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.</li><li>Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.</li></ul><h3>Problem‑Solving</h3><ul><li>Solve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.</li></ul><h3>Quality</h3><ul><li>Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.</li></ul><h3>Business Process Improvement</h3><ul><li>Coordinate well‑defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.</li></ul><h3>Compliance</h3><ul><li>Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.</li></ul><h3>Health, Safety, and Environment</h3><ul><li>Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.</li></ul><h3>Academic Qualification</h3><p>Bachelor Degree in Information Mgmt.
