Senior SAP Ariba Consultant

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior SAP Ariba Consultant to join our growing team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate brings deep hands‑on expertise across the full SAP Ariba suite, combined with strong SAP MM and S/4HANA integration knowledge. You will work directly with clients across various industries to optimize procurement and sourcing processes, lead implementations, and deliver scalable Source‑to‑Pay solutions. This is a client‑facing role requiring both technical depth and strong communication skills.ResponsibilitiesLead end‑to‑end SAP Ariba implementations covering Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management, and Buying & Invoicing modulesOptimize Source‑to‑Pay (S2P) and Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) cycles for client environmentsConfigure and manage Ariba–S/4HANA integration via Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG), cXML, IDocs, and APIsSet up and maintain Master Data Management (MDM) including material master, vendor master, and purchasing data across Ariba and S/4HANADesign and customize flexible approval workflows using BAdI enhancements and rules‑based approvalsEnable and configure Guided Sourcing, sourcing templates, and contract workspace processes using Ariba contract authoring featuresManage Commerce Automation and Ariba Business Network buying scenariosImplement app extensibility features including custom email templates, Advanced Transport Organizer (ATO), and Fiori application enhancementsConduct client workshops to gather requirements, map business processes, and deliver tailored SAP Ariba solutionsLiaise between clients and SAP as needed, including incident management and enhancement deliveryDeliver training sessions and documentation for end users, business stakeholders, and managementProvide post‑go‑live support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure SLA adherenceQualifications6+ years of hands‑on SAP Ariba consulting experienceMinimum 2 full end‑to‑end Ariba implementations in a lead or senior capacityProven expertise across Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management (SLP), Buying & Invoicing, and Guided BuyingStrong experience with Ariba–S/4HANA / ECC integration using CIG (Managed Gateway), cXML, IDocs, and APIsSolid understanding of SAP MM processes including procurement, inventory management, and invoice verificationExperience with Commerce Automation and Ariba Business NetworkFamiliarity with BAdI enhancements, rules‑based workflows, and app extensibility featuresExposure to Fiori applications, RPA implementations, and BW reporting is a plusAt least 2 active SAP Ariba certifications (Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management, or Integration Suite)Strong client‑facing and management skillsExcellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fieldCurrently based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh, KSABenefitsCompetitive salary package commensurate with experienceHigh Category Medical Insurance coverageAnnual flight ticketsExposure to high‑impact, multi‑industry client projects across Saudi ArabiaWork within a dynamic and growing SAP practiceOpportunities for professional development and career progression#J-18808-Ljbffr
