Our client, a forward-thinking company reshaping the laundry service sector in Saudi Arabia, with a focus on innovation and growth, is seeking aSenior Sales Specialistto join their team.As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a pivotalrole in driving sales performance within your designated territory. Reporting to the SalesTerritory Manager, you will manage key client relationships, identify business opportunities,and lead efforts to achieve revenue targets while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. Ifyou are ready to contribute to a dynamic and growing organization, wed love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and supportthe company's growth objectives.Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients and key stakeholders.Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through market research andnetworking.Present and promote the company'sservices to potential clients, showcasing itsunique value propositions.Lead negotiations and close high-value deals while ensuring alignment with client needsand expectations.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior sales team members to drive teamperformance.Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to align salesstrategies with overall business goals.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in theCRM system.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for competitiveadvantage.Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and marketdevelopments to senior management.QualificationsBachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.5-7 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B or service-oriented industries.Demonstrated success in managing high-value accounts and achieving sales targets.Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.Proficiency in CRM tools and sales-related software.Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex sales processes.Knowledge of the Saudi market; familiarity with the laundry or service industry is anadvantage.Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach to sales and business development.#J-18808-Ljbffr
