Job Description

Sales Strategy & LeadershipDefine and implement the overall sales strategy for Co's Procurement Solutions across GCC and global markets.Own revenue growth, sales targets, and market penetration goals.Lead, mentor, and expand a high‑performing sales team with a focus on enterprise clients.Develop and execute annual business plans with clear KPIs and performance metrics.Position Powerweave competitively against global players such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, and Jaggaer.Market Expansion & Partnership DevelopmentIdentify and establish presence in key industries including FMCG, Manufacturing, Government, and Semi‑Government sectors.Build strategic alliances with system integrators, consulting firms, and technology vendors to expand market reach.Leverage regional insights to identify untapped opportunities and tailor solutions for GCC and global procurement needs.Represent Co. at major industry forums, procurement summits, and technology conferences.Enterprise Sales & Client EngagementLead complex, multi‑stakeholder enterprise sales cycles involving CPOs, CFOs, CIOs, and Heads of Procurement.Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client executives on procurement transformation and digital adoption.Ensure seamless contract negotiations, proposal development, and deal closures.Partner with Customer Success and Delivery teams to drive client satisfaction and account expansion.QualificationsMinimum 12+ years SaaS/Enterprise Sales5+ years of P&L or Departmental Budget ownershipProven experience navigating the Saudi/GCC Government Tender & Procurement Law10+ years Direct GCC Sales ExperienceMinimum 8+ years Procurement Domain ExpertiseMinimum 5+ years Competitor Product Knowledge like SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle SCM, or JaggaerMinimum 5+ years GCC Regulatory Compliance exposureMinimum 5+ years CRM & Sales Tech StackPrior experience selling to FMCG, Manufacturing, or Government sectorsEducationMaster degree.#J-18808-Ljbffr
