With a dominant presence across India and several other international markets, we are now scaling up our Dubai operations to serve the GCC region more effectively.We’re Hiring: A Leadership Role in a New MarketWe are seeking a Senior Sales & Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our Dubai Sales & Marketing operations. This is not a regular job — it’s a pivotal leadership opportunity to build, lead, and grow our market presence in the UAE and beyond.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all Sales & Marketing initiatives independently for the Dubai office.Develop the business from the ground up, including strategic planning, client acquisition, and market positioning.Serve as the key representative of AICL in the UAE, with full responsibility for business development and client relationship management.Build and nurture a strong pipeline across sectors aligned with Cable Trays, Solar Structures, and Industrial Machinery.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide expansion strategies.Oversee all proposals, tenders, client communications, and presentations with end-to-end ownership.Represent AICL in industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings across the GCC.Required Experience & SkillsMinimum 7–10 years of senior-level Sales & Marketing experience, preferably in Steel Manufacturing or Industrial Products.Proven leadership capability in setting up or scaling operations in a new market or region.Deep understanding of the Cable Tray and/or Solar Structures sector is highly desirable.Strong business acumen with a self-driven, entrepreneurial approach.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions aligned with global HQ.Why Join Us?Be the face of a global brand in the Dubai market.High autonomy and leadership responsibility from day one.Significant career growth potential with future leadership roles in the region.Competitive compensation with performance-driven rewards.A chance to be part of an established yet fast-evolving global company.#J-18808-Ljbffr
