Senior Sales Manager – Life Systems

To lead business growth, manage key accounts, and drive strategic sales initiatives across the UAE.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the Life Systems sales to achieve revenue and profitability targets.Develop and execute business strategies to expand the company’s footprint in Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, and ELV Systems.Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and end clients.Identify and pursue new project opportunities through market research and networking.Coordinate with design, estimation, and operations teams to ensure technical and commercial alignment.Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and industry events.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or a related field.10+ years of experience in sales and business development within Life Systems or Building Technologies.Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the UAE market.Strong knowledge of DCD regulations, system design, and tendering processes.Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
