We are growing our team at Saatchi and are on the lookout for a Senior Manager- Content Strategy to join our team.You will lead and deliver best‑in‑class social media strategy and execution aligned to wider marketing and communications objectives. This role owns social from strategy through to performance, ensuring content is impactful, on‑brand, platform‑right, and results‑driven.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and lead social media strategies aligned with business and communication goalsOversee planning, execution, and optimisation of always‑on and campaign‑led social activityAct as the central owner of the social stream, coordinating strategy, content, reporting, and optimisationPartner closely with the Business Director and cross‑functional teams (Data, CRM, Experience Design, Media) to deliver integrated, full‑funnel social experiencesGuide content development with writers, designers, and social teams, ensuring brand consistency, platform best practice, and performance focusOwn social reporting and performance analysis, translating data into clear insights and actionable recommendationsBalance strategic ambition with operational reality, ensuring scalable and efficient deliveryWhat You’ll BringStrategic ownership of social content, brand voice, and platform relevanceStrong analytical mindset with a clear POV on performance and optimisationConfidence to challenge the status quo, test new ideas, and continuously evolve social outputAgile, collaborative, and growth‑oriented leadership styleRequirements7–9 years’ experience, agency background essentialStrong social content strategy and reporting experienceOn‑site presence at client office 3 days per week (Abu Dhabi)#J-18808-Ljbffr
