Job Description

Proactively identify, target, and convert new business opportunities across UAE and wider GCC markets.Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with a focus on new logo acquisition and first-time clients.Prospect, network, and leverage market insights to secure high-value client meetings with decision-makers and C-level stakeholders.Drive revenue growth by presenting tailored staffing and outsourcing solutions that meet client needs.Client Relationship ManagementBuild strong, consultative relationships with new clients, ensuring trust, credibility, and long-term value creation.Act as the primary point of contact for newly acquired clients, ensuring smooth handover to account management and delivery teams.Leverage strong interpersonal and communication skills to position the client as a preferred staffing partner.Key QualificationsMaster's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.7 to 10 years of sales hunter experience in staffing, recruitment, workforce solutions, IT Services, etc.Proven success in acquiring new clients and consistently achieving sales targets.Strong experience in solution-based B2B sales within UAE or GCC markets preferred.In-depth knowledge of contract staffing, professional recruitment, outsourcing, or managed workforce solutions.Experience in selling to multinationals, large corporates, and fast-growing enterprises.Demonstrated ability to generate leads, pitch, and close deals.Strong negotiation, presentation, and storytelling abilities.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with C-level executives.Ability to work independently with an entrepreneurial and target-driven approach.#J-18808-Ljbffr
