Job SummaryZurich Middle East is part of Zurich Insurance Group, one of the world's largest and most experienced insurers. Our mission is to help our local community understand and protect themselves from risk both locally and globally.Reporting to the Sales Director - Distribution, the Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with distribution partners to drive the sales of insurance products. You will work closely with partners to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and implement plans to achieve sales targets. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the insurance and banking industries, and the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.This role will be based in the Life, Retail distribution (intermediary sales through Banks and IFA distribution partners).Job AccountabilitiesAs the Senior Sales Manager – IFA Distribution, your role will involve:Relationship Management:Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners.Act as the primary point of contact for distribution partners, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.Collaborate with partners to understand their needs and align insurance products and services accordingly.Sales Strategy and Execution:Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve set sales targets.Work with partners to identify sales opportunities and develop joint marketing and sales initiatives.Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior managementLead, mentor, and motivate the team to achieve individual and team sales goals.Provide training and support to sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.Foster a high-performance culture within the team.Product and Market Knowledge:Maintain a deep understanding of the insurance products offered and their features.Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the insurance and banking industries.Provide insights and feedback to product development teams to enhance product offerings.Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.Communicate effectively with distribution partners and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive results.Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company and its products.Job QualificationsTo be successful in the role:At least 5 years of experience in relationship/account management and in Financial Services industry.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.Strong knowledge of life insurance products.Skills:Strong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.We are an equal opportunity employer who knows that each employee is unique - that’s what makes our team so great!#J-18808-Ljbffr
