Job Description You will be working as a Senior Sales Executive at Meena Bazaar, a renowned ethnic wear brand with a strong presence in India. Your role will involve managing store sales, providing top-notch customer service, and contributing to achieving store targets. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers in selecting ethnic wear, handling sales of various women's ethnic wear products, maintaining knowledge of fabrics and fashion trends, achieving sales targets, building customer relationships, ensuring proper product display, and handling customer queries effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in selecting appropriate ethnic wear. - Handle sales of womens ethnic wear including suits, kurtis, lehengas, sarees, and festive collections. - Maintain strong knowledge of fabrics, designs, fits, and current ethnic fashion trends. - Achieve individual and store sales targets. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers. - Ensure proper product display and store presentation as per brand standards. - Assist customers with styling suggestions and outfit coordination. - Manage billing coordination, product availability checks, and stock inquiries. - Coordinate with store management regarding inventory requirements. - Maintain professionalism and customer-focused service on the sales floor. Qualifications Required: - Strong experience in retail sales of womens ethnic wear. - Excellent communication and customer-handling skills. - Good understanding of ethnic fabrics, styles, and garment types. - Ability to understand customer preferences and suggest suitable outfits. - Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. - Professional appearance and positive attitude towards customer service. - Ability to work in a fast-paced retail store environment. Experience: - 10+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in womens ethnic wear brands or designer stores. - Experience working in premium retail stores or ethnic fashion brands is highly preferred.
