We're a small team that moves fast, ships what wows, and believes every decision should create value for us, our partners, and our users.About The RoleWe're looking for a Senior Sales Executive with a builder's mentality to own restaurant‑partner growth in Riyadh. The role is based in Riyadh; you'll spend real time in the market: inside restaurants, at events, across the city. That's where the work happens. You'll be the person sitting across from GMs and restaurant operators, helping them see what SPICE can do for their business. You'll work directly with the founding team, and the feedback you bring from the field will shape what we build next.What You’ll AchieveProspect and close new restaurant partnerships across Riyadh by showing operators how SPICE grows their loyalty, reach, and revenueRun the full sales cycle end‑to‑end: working from a target list and building your own pipeline to bring in new restaurant partnersHold face‑to‑face meetings with restaurant owners, GMs, and F&B directors to understand their business and earn their trustWork cross‑functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and ProductFeed market intelligence back to the team: what operators care about, where competitors are moving, and what's not workingHelp build the sales playbook in Riyadh and define our sales motion as we growSkills You’ll Need To Bring2–4 years of full‑cycle B2B sales at a fast‑growing company, preferably successful in closing deals in F&B, hospitality, or restaurant technologyA track record of hitting or exceeding quota that you can actually walk us throughSocial and relationship‑driven: you'd take a GM to lunch before you'd send a cold email, and you listen more than you pitchFluency in Arabic and English: both are essential for Riyadh’s marketA builder who's comfortable rolling up their sleeves and bringing structure where there isn't any yetDiscipline about your pipeline, your promises, and your follow‑ups: you don't drop the thread and you don't hide bad newsYou share credit as easily as you take feedbackNice to HavesYou've been an early sales hire at a startup beforeA genuine interest in food, hospitality, and the people who run restaurantsAbout the companySPICE#J-18808-Ljbffr
