The position focuses on distributor management market expansion brand visibility and revenue growth through effective sales execution and relationship management.The successful candidate will work closely with distributors and key retail partners to strengthen market presence optimise distribution networks and ensure alignment with commercial objectives.Reporting LineReports into the regional sales leadership teamKey ResponsibilitiesSales & Market Development: Develop and manage strong relationships with distributors and key local customers to generate consistent revenueSales & Market Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities including untapped retail segments e-commerce platforms and sub-distributorsSales & Market Development: Achieve assigned sales targets in line with agreed growth and profitability objectivesDistributor & Channel Management: Monitor distributor sell-in and sell-out performance to ensure alignment with business targetsDistributor & Channel Management: Evaluate distribution coverage and recommend optimisation or expansion where requiredDistributor & Channel Management: Support distributors with inventory planning to maintain healthy stock levels and improve turnoverDistributor & Channel Management: Monitor Purchase Sales and Inventory data and provide recommendations to improve sell-out performanceBrand & Retail Execution: Ensure strong retail presence through correct product display pricing consistency and adherence to brand guidelinesBrand & Retail Execution: Support local marketing initiatives including ATL BTL and digital campaigns to drive brand awarenessBrand & Retail Execution: Ensure compliance with company policies branding standards and ethical business practicesCommercial & Reporting: Analyse market trends competitor activity and sales performance to provide accurate forecastsCommercial & Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports market updates and action plansCommercial & Reporting: Ensure timely collection of payments and order security in line with internal processesTraining & Stakeholder Engagement: Deliver product and sales training to distributor teams and retail partnersTraining & Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain consistent communication with internal stakeholders across sales marketing logistics accounts and service teamsTraining & Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with after-sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfactionCandidate ProfileExperienceMinimum 3 years’ experience in a similar sales role within the UAEPrevious experience working with distributors is essentialBackground in consumer products or electronics is strongly preferredSkills & CompetenciesStrong sales and negotiation capabilityProven ability to manage and influence distributor teamsExcellent communication presentation and analytical skillsStrong understanding of regional markets and distribution modelsCommercially driven with a proactive and results-focused mindsetEducationBachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related fieldMaster’s degree is advantageousLanguagesFluent English and ArabicFrench is a plusAdditional NotesCandidates must be based in the UAEImmediate availability preferredRequired SkillsSales Exec exp watches#J-18808-Ljbffr
