Job OverviewPeople Perfect Advisory is looking for a Senior Salesforce - Senior Sales Executive- HR & SaaS Solutions to drive business growth and expand our client base across the UAE. This role focuses on selling HR consultancy and HR technology solutions including EOR and building long-term relationships with COOs CFOs HR and Payroll leaders contributing to the companys market expansion.Key ResponsibilitiesPromote HR consultancy services including recruitment outsourcing training payroll and HR tech solutions.Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and client engagement.Build and manage strong long-term relationships with corporate clients.Prepare and present customized proposals aligned with client needs and business goals.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery and client satisfaction.Provide market feedback and insights to support business strategy and service improvement.Qualifications & SkillsBachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.34 years of B2B sales experience preferably within HR consultancy or related sectors in the UAE.Experience selling into COOs CFOs HR Payroll and Operations roles.Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills.Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.Valid UAE driving license.#J-18808-Ljbffr
