<div><p>A leading Events&Exhibitions company is seeking a highly driven<b>Senior Sales Executive</b>responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding the company’s client portfolio across global corporations and government entities. The role requires a proactive sales professional capable of building strong relationships, securing new accounts, and consistently delivering high-value exhibition and event projects. The Senior Sales Executive will represent the organization in the market, maintain its reputation for excellence, and contribute directly to revenue growth.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><h3>Business Development</h3><ul><li>Identify and acquire new clients across multinational corporations, government entities, and strategic industry sectors.</li><li>Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company's market presence locally and internationally.</li><li>Build and maintain long‑term relationships with decision‑makers and key stakeholders.</li></ul><h3>Lead Generation&Networking</h3><ul><li>Attend trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and industry events to network with exhibitors and generate qualified leads.</li><li>Actively approach potential clients and convert interactions into business opportunities.</li><li>Maintain a strong professional presence that reflects the company's brand and standards.</li></ul><h3>Proposal Development</h3><ul><li>Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and project submissions tailored to client requirements.</li><li>Work closely with the design and project teams to ensure proposals are innovative, competitive, and aligned with client objectives.</li><li>Follow up with prospects and manage the negotiation process until deal closure.</li></ul><h3>Sales Performance</h3><ul><li>Achieve and exceed a minimum quarterly revenue target of AED 1,000,000.</li><li>Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing and handover to project teams.</li><li>Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.</li></ul><h3>Brand&Reputation</h3><ul><li>Represent the organization professionally and ensure that all client interactions uphold the company's reputation, quality standards, and business ethics.</li><li>Maintain strong client relationships that lead to repeat business and long‑term partnerships.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications&Requirements</h3><ul><li>Proven experience (3‑5 years) in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the exhibitions, events, or experiential marketing industry.</li><li>Strong network within corporate and government sectors is highly desirable.</li><li>Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet ambitious sales targets.</li><li>Self‑motivated, proactive, and results‑oriented mindset.</li></ul><h3>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)</h3><ul><li>Quarterly revenue generation AED 1 million</li><li>Number of new clients acquired</li><li>Lead conversion rate</li><li>Client retention and repeat business</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
