Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for building client relationships and growing new business? Join GoGlobal as a Senior Sales Executive for the EMEA market, where you’ll play a critical role in expanding our client base, managing the full sales cycle, and driving revenue growth.Roles & ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, events, and networking.Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, including qualification, solution presentation, negotiation, and contract execution.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads, consistently updating CRM and reporting key metrics.Engage directly with C-level executives and other decision-makers to drive high-value deals.Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, legal) to ensure smooth onboarding and solution alignment.Represent GoGlobal at client meetings and industry events (some travel required).Stay up to date on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to uncover new opportunities.QualificationsProven B2B Sales experience, ideally in professional services such as Global Expansion, Payroll, Accounting & Taxes or Outsourcing.Proficiency in building pipeline through multiple channels, including:Prospecting accounts (cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, outbound email cadences, etc.)Building and nurturing a network of referral partners who provide strong leadsParticipating in events (organizing local events or attending industry events where prospects and partners can be found)Leveraging an existing network of contactsAny other creative, proactive activity that generates new leads (we encourage out-of-the-box approaches, from business park visits to innovative digital outreach).Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.Experience selling to C-level executives and closing complex deals.Organized, strategic, and comfortable working in fast-paced, remote-first global team.Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events.Why Join UsBe a key driver in the growth of a fast-scaling international company.Lead and close high-impact deals with global businesses.Collaborate with a dynamic, remote-first team that values innovation and performance.Competitive compensation and performance-based incentives.Opportunity to shape sales strategy and make a tangible impact.About UsGoGlobal is the leading professional services company to guide, establish and manage global operations with compliance and confidence.
