Job Description

Work on sales within the Company Business Unit of Engineering and Solutions (Instrumentations).Manage the entire sales process in the allotted vertical with ability to work multi-disciplinary portfolio.Supporting the team for Growth at the Business Unit level and the Company.Work and coordinate with the sales team for all costing and estimation process pertaining to the Bulk Trading SectionDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESClient EngagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients in the allotted sector understanding their requirements.Technical SalesProvide technical expertise related to our business segment of Instrumentations and Engineering Solutions guiding clients through product selection based on their specific needs.Proposal DevelopmentProvide all-inclusive details (technical specifications cost estimates and project timelines) to support the estimation team to prepare comprehensive proposals.Estimation and BiddingWork closely with internal teams including proposal engineering Sales Order management and product development to ensure successful completion of sales process and customer satisfaction.Sourcing and Floating Enquiries to Suppliers / Manufacturers /SubcontractorsPreparation of Cost sheet (Direct & indirect cost temporary facilities and other related costs)Review of commercial terms and condition documents.Preparation of Technical and commercial proposal as per Client requirement.Negotiations with suppliers and Principals on both technical and commercial aspects of product.Maintaining ISO documentation Record Keeping Suppliers/Manufacturers Data Bank recordsQualifications :Bachelors Degree in (Mechanical Instrumentation orCommunications)Additional Information :Experience Requirements:At least 05years working as a Sales Engineer in a similar business or industry.Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle preffered.Ability to work in multi-disciplinary and multicultural teams.HSE compliance and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.Skills & Professional Requirements:Clear verbal-written communicationBuilding value for the customerBuilding trust and rapportDeep understanding and know-howof our portfolioAbility to align product benefits with customer pain pointsOffering tailored solutionsAttributes and Behaviours:Business acumen and commercial understanding of work and processes.Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other colleagues customers clients and other stakeholders.Excellent personality with strong communication interpersonal and organizational skills.Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft office products specifically Outlook Excel PowerPoint and Word and CRM software.Remote Work :NoEmployment Type :Full-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
