This role combines expertlevel design skills with a proven ability to engage clients and close sales.RequirementsDegree in Landscape Architecture Horticulture or related field.23 years of experience in residential landscape design and project sales.Demonstrated ability to design and sell highvalue residential landscaping projectsStrong portfolio featuring custom residential landscapes (e.g. outdoor living spaces, pools, gardens:hardscaping).Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion or similar.Experience in Cost Control, Cost Management, Cost Planning, and Cost Reporting. Proficiency in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ). Strong analytical and numerical skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
