We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior road Engineer to join our dynamic team in Al Ain United Arab Emirates. As a Senior road Engineer you will play a crucial role in overseeing various infrastructure projects ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality safety and efficiency.Manage and supervise civil engineering projects from conception to completionReview and approve technical submittals including drawings calculations and material specificationsConduct site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and local regulationsCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects contractors and other stakeholdersAnalyze survey data and engineering submittals to identify and resolve potential issuesDevelop and implement quality control measures to maintain project standardsPrepare detailed reports on project progress challenges and solutionsEnsure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulationsParticipate in project meetings and provide expert technical adviceMentor junior engineers and contribute to the professional development of the teamStay updated on industry trends technologies and best practices in civil engineeringQualifications : Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Masters degree preferredMinimum of 8-10 years of experience in construction supervision and managementProven track record in managing large-scale infrastructure projectsStrong technical knowledge in civil engineering principles and practicesProficiency in reviewing and interpreting technical drawings specifications and contract documentsExperience with CAD software and project management toolsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong leadership abilities with experience in team managementIn-depth knowledge of quality management systems and international construction standardsFamiliarity with local construction regulations and practices in DubaiOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented with excellent organizational abilitiesAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced multicultural environmentWillingness to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.Additional Information : About AECOM AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
