Responsibilities Lead and manage site activities, ensuring compliance with design, specifications, and Ashghal standards. Oversee utilities works (water, sewer, stormwater, power, telecom, gas). Review and approve designs, method statements, and technical submissions. Coordinate with Ashghal, KAHRAMAA, Ooredoo and other authorities for permits and approvals. Lead and mentor inspectors while ensuring adherence to WSP quality standards. Prepare progress reports and manage technical communication with the client. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred) 18-20 years' experience, including 7+ years in a Resident Engineer/Senior RE role on major infrastructure or utilities projects. Strong knowledge of local authority processes; GEC/Ashghal experience preferred. MMUP/UPDA mandatory
