Senior Resident Architect

Our client is an engineering and architectural consultancy looking for a resident senior architect for various building projects in their head office in Al Khobar. You will be working in the construction industry designing new buildings, restoring and conserving old buildings, and developing new ways of using existing buildings. They are involved in construction projects from the earliest stages right through to completion.ResponsibilitiesPreparing and presenting design proposals to clientsAdvising clientsProducing detailed drawingsNegotiating with contractors and other professionalsAttending regular meetings with clients, contractors and other specialistsCoordinating the work of contractorsMaking site visits to check on progressThe ideal candidate will have a western degree in Architecture.QualificationsMinimum 15 years experienceGCC experience preferableBuildings design experience essential, preferably high riseIf you're interested please send your updated CV in a Word document.About The CompanyPropel Consult delivers a service in step with the needs of both our client companies and candidates.
