It serves a broad range of clients both domestically and across the MENA region, including government entities, financial institutions, Non-bank financial institutions (NBFI), to large corporates, and maintains strategic relationships with leading banks globally.We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our NBFI team to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in banking.Role OverviewThe Financial Sponsors Coverage professional is responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with private equity firms, sovereign wealth funds, family offices, and alternative asset managers. The role focuses on originating and executing financing, acquisition, divestiture, and capital markets solutions for sponsor-backed portfolio companies across multiple sectors. The candidate will work closely with product teams—Debt Capital Markets (DCM), M&A Advisory, Leveraged Finance, ECM, and Loan Syndications—to deliver tailored solutions to financial sponsor clients.Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand sponsors’ investment strategies, fund cycles, portfolio dynamics, and upcoming transaction pipelines.Monitor portfolio companies for potential financing or advisory opportunities.Originate opportunities for LBO financing, acquisition financing, recapitalizations, refinancing, and structured finance.Support or lead execution of leveraged finance, DCM, and M&A transactions for sponsor clients.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.Experience in Investment Banking, Leveraged Finance, M&A advisory, Corporate Banking, or a similar role.Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.Solid understanding of debt markets, credit analysis, and private equity transaction structures.Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.Prior experience directly covering private equity / financial sponsors.Professional certifications (CFA, MBA) are a plus.Strong knowledge of regional markets (GCC, MENA, Europe, etc.).At ADCB, we are dedicated to creating a respectful, caring and disciplined work environment that aligns with your career ambitions.#J-18808-Ljbffr
