About this opportunitySenior Quantity SurveyorAbu Dhabi / Dubai, United Arab EmiratesLarge Buildings- Mega structuresPost Contract Commercial ManagementThis is a great opportunity for an experienced MRICS chartered Cost Management professional to join Gleeds Arabia, responsible for contributing to a high profile iconic mega project in the UAE.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Effective key stakeholder managementContract administration and commercial complianceCost control and financial reportingDelivering high quality commercial management services ensuring that services meet and exceed our client's requirements.Managing and maintaining quality client relationshipsDeveloping and enhancing Gleeds cost management capability.Working harmoniously with other Directors across the regionWho we’re looking for:Experience, Knowledge And Key Skills10+ years cost management experience post MRICS qualification2+ years experience living and working in the GCCExtensive experience in cost consultancyDetailed knowledge and practical experience of post contract cost managementExcellent organisational skills and the ability to quickly adapt to changing environmentsSpecialist experience of delivering mega building structuresDemonstrable evidence of delivering services to Clients and managing Client relationshipsDemonstrable experience of timely interfacing with clients and key stakeholders at the highest levelQualificationsMRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors), or equivalentDegree in Quantity Surveying or equivalentNative level English language, written and oralArabic language desirableAbout usA world of opportunityGleeds is a place to be part of something bigger.
