HCO works on a wide range of project types, including residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, retail, and healthcare.</p><h3>Senior Quantity Surveyor – Khobar</h3><p>The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quantity surveying for large-scale construction projects, with strong knowledge of cost management, contract administration, and project budgeting in line with international standards and Saudi regulations.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Prepare and review detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation.</li><li>Monitor project costs and manage budgets to ensure financial targets are met.</li><li>Conduct cost analysis, value engineering, and risk assessments.</li><li>Review and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.</li><li>Manage variation orders, claims, and contract amendments.</li><li>Liaise with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure accurate cost reporting and compliance with contractual obligations.</li><li>Maintain accurate cost records, reports, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Support the project team in resolving commercial and contractual issues.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 10+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor on large-scale construction projects.</li><li>Strong knowledge of cost management, contract administration, and construction practices.</li><li>Familiarity with international standards and Saudi construction regulations.</li><li>Excellent documentation, reporting, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
