Senior Quantity Surveyor/Contract Manager

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor at HanmiGlobal Saudi, you will be pivotal in managing all aspects of the costs and contracts of construction projects. You will provide cost advice, prepare estimates, and ensure that projects are completed within budget and on time. Your expertise will help in maximizing project value and minimizing financial risk.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and submit promptly the detailed cost estimates for all phases of projectsAnalyze project specifications, drawings, and bills of quantities for tendering purposesNegotiate contracts and ensure compliance with contractual obligationsManage variations and claims, evaluating the impact of change ordersProvide financial forecasts and maintain detailed financial reports throughout the project lifecycleCollaborate with project managers and stakeholders to optimize the project's financial performanceMonitor and report on cash flow and financial aspects of the projectLead and mentor junior quantity surveyors and provide training as necessaryAssist in risk management and help develop mitigation strategiesEnsure adherence to health and safety regulations during all stages of project executionRequirementsBachelors degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related fieldMinimum 8 years of experience in quantity surveying within the construction industryProficiency in cost management software and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong negotiation and analytical skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilities#J-18808-Ljbffr
