Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support commercial and cost management activities across a complex large scale infrastructure programme.Key RequirementsMinimum 10 years of experience in quantity surveying and commercial management on similar design and or construction projectsProven experience in cost estimation contract administration and financial controlStrong knowledge of measurement standards valuation processes and commercial practicesAbility to manage subcontractor accounts variations and interim paymentsExperience supporting projects of significant scale and complexity is highly desirableMiddle East particularly UAE experience is an advantageKey ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review cost estimates budgets and bills of quantitiesManage measurement valuation and certification of worksAssess and negotiate variations claims and final accountsMonitor project costs against budgets and forecastsAdminister subcontractor agreements and payment processesSupport commercial reporting and financial control activitiesLiaise with project teams contractors and stakeholders on commercial mattersQualificationsDegree in Quantity Surveying Engineering Construction Management or a related technical disciplineAdditional InformationAbout AECOMAECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
