Job Title: Senior Quality Control Consultant Required Duties/RolesArabic SpeakingQuality Assurance Leadership: Lead quality assurance efforts across all systems and processeswithin the tax authority, ensuring high standards for both tax-related and broader organizationalactivities.Test Planning and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans to validate thefunctionality, performance, and security of systems across various departments.Compliance and Standards Enforcement: Ensure all systems and processes comply withregulatory standards, internal policies, and quality benchmarks, maintaining consistentadherence to these requirements.Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement across the authority's systems andprocesses, recommending changes that enhance quality, efficiency, and performance.Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work with different departments to implement qualityassurance protocols that align with their specific operational needs.Defect Tracking and Resolution: Lead the process of identifying, documenting, and resolvingdefects, ensuring timely fixes and consistent improvements.Quality Metrics and Reporting: Establish and track key quality metrics, reporting progress andissues to senior management and relevant stakeholders.Documentation: Maintain detailed records of testing processes, defects, resolutions, and qualityassurance practices for future reference.Training and Support: Provide guidance and training to staff across the organization on qualityassurance best practices and standards.Risk and Impact Analysis: Assess the risk and impact of any system defects or process gaps,recommending preventive measures to mitigate future occurrences.Additional Responsibilities: Take on other tasks as required to support the overall quality andperformance of the tax authority's systems and operations.
