The role provides technical support to site teams and ensures high standards of welding quality across fabrication and construction activities.Key ResponsibilitiesInspect welding activities and verify compliance with WPS, PQR, and welder qualificationsMonitor fit-up, joint preparation, welding parameters, and PWHTCoordinate and review NDT activities (RT, UT, MT, PT)Review weld maps, inspection reports, and as-built documentationManage NCRs, corrective actions, and re-inspectionInterface with production, subcontractors, and client inspectorsEnsure compliance with quality and HSE requirementsQualificationsDiploma / Degree in Mechanical or Welding EngineeringCSWIP 3.1 or AWS CWI certification (mandatory)8+ years of welding inspection experience in oil & gas / fabrication projectsKnowledge of ASME, AWS, API standardsNDT Level II certification preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
