HanmiGlobal Saudi is looking for an experienced Senior QA/QC (Senior Materials Engineer) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance and quality control processes for all materials used in construction projects. Your expertise will ensure that all materials meet industry standards and project specifications, contributing significantly to the overall success of our projects. The Senior QA/QC will develop and implement quality control plans, conduct site inspections, and collaborate with project teams to address any materials-related issues promptly.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement QA/QC policies and procedures specific to materials engineeringReview and approve material submittals from contractors to ensure compliance with specificationsConduct inspections and testing of materials, both in the laboratory and on‑site, to verify quality and complianceMonitor and report on the quality performance of subcontractors and suppliersIdentify discrepancies, non-conformances, and corrective actions, and ensure they are properly addressedPrepare and maintain comprehensive documentation and reports for quality control activitiesCollaborate with project teams to develop solutions for quality-related challenges and support continuous improvementStay updated on the latest industry standards and best practices in materials engineering and quality assuranceRequirementsBachelor's degree in Materials Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum 10 years of relevant experience in QA/QC and materials engineering within the construction industryStrong knowledge of material testing methods and industry standardsExperience with quality management systems and ISO standardsCertificationExcellent analytical and problem‑solving skillsEffective communication and leadership skills to work with cross‑functional teamsCertification in QA/QC (such as ASQ or equivalent) is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
