Senior Property Supervisor

To oversee and manage all aspects of building and property operations maintenance and tenant relations ensuring properties are managed efficiently profitably and in full compliance with local laws and regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the daily operations maintenance and upkeep of assigned properties.Ensure all maintenance and operational activities including those carried out by contractors meet the highest standards.Manage tenant relations address inquiries and complaints efficiently and ensure compliance with lease agreements.Prepare and review real estate contracts lease agreements and periodic performance reports for management review.Maintain strong knowledge of and ensure strict adherence to local real estate laws regulations and the administrative operations manual for government buildings.Develop and implement strategies for improving property value occupancy rates and operational efficiency.Liaise and communicate effectively with property owners tenants and official government entities.Required Qualifications & ExperienceEducation: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Real Estate Management Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering from a recognized university.Experience: Minimum of 8 years of hands‑on experience in building and property management operations and maintenance.Skills:SkillsProven hands‑on experience in Facility & Property Management.Strong knowledge of local real estate laws and administrative operations manuals.Proficiency in preparing and reviewing real estate contracts and detailed performance reports.Excellent tenant management and communication skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
