Senior Projects Leader — Entertainment Destination

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Manager - Projects to lead and manage key projects across various sectors within our dynamic and fast-growing entertainment destination. This role involves end-to-end project management, from planning and execution through to successful delivery, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives and commitment to excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the full project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects across different domains.Develop comprehensive project plans, allocate resources efficiently, and establish clear timelines and milestones.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure seamless project integration and communication.Manage project budgets, mitigate risks, and resolve any issues to keep projects on track.Implement best practices and project management methodologies to improve project performance and delivery quality.Provide regular progress updates and reports to senior management, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies throughout project execution.Mentor and lead project teams to foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations to continuously enhance project outcomes and add value.Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.At least 10 years of progressive experience in project management, preferably within real estate development, hospitality, or entertainment sectors.Proven track record of successfully managing large, complex projects.Strong leadership and team management skills with the capability to drive cross-functional collaboration.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Proficient in project management software and tools.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Keen attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.Knowledge of industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging trends in project management.#J-18808-Ljbffr
