Senior Project Manager

WSP is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of the prestigious project in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be delivery-focused, capable of managing contractors and clients effectively, and ensuring successful project execution within scope, schedule, and budget.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the overall delivery of the project, ensuring compliance with client requirements and contractual obligations.Act as the primary point of contact for the client and key stakeholders, ensuring strong communication and relationship management.Oversee contractor performance, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with project objectives.Drive project planning, design coordination, procurement, and construction phases.Monitor progress, implement risk management strategies, and ensure adherence to quality standards.Prepare and present progress reports, forecasts, and recommendations to senior management and clients.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.Foster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and provide leadership to achieve project milestones.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).Minimum 15+ years of experience in project management within large-scale infrastructure or urban development projects.Proven track record in managing complex projects in the Middle East, preferably in Saudi Arabia.Strong knowledge of PMCM principles and project delivery methodologies.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.Imagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.Join our close-knit community of talented individuals who share your passion for making a positive impact.
