Senior Project Manager

This role is with a large-sized organisation in the property industry that focuses on delivering high-quality projects. The company is known for its strong presence in the Riyadh market and its commitment to excellence in the property sector.Manage the overall project execution, ensuring that it meets time, cost, and quality objectives.Monitor project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and consultants to resolve issues and maintain smooth project progress.Serve as the primary liaison between the client, consultants, and contractorTrack project budgets, identify cost overruns, and initiate corrective actionsMonitor project progress against approved baselines and implement corrective actions when required.Oversee cost control, variation orders, claims, and EOT evaluations in coordination with the commercial teamEnsure all project documentation is properly maintained, filed, and accessibleLead progress meetings and maintain strong stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycleA successful Senior Project Manager should have:Bachelor's degree in Arch/civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.A minimum of 15years of experience managing construction projects.PMP certification is a must.Solid experience in cost control, variation management, and EOT assessment.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and local regulatory requirementsEnglish proficiency is a must, both written and verbal#J-18808-Ljbffr
