SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER - ORG CHANGE, DELIVERY AND AI

Role OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex, large-scale transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate brings a rare combination of organizational change management expertise, IT delivery capability, and AI experience, underpinned by strong consulting foundations. This role demands a strategic thinker who can navigate ambiguity, align stakeholders, and drive measurable outcomes in fast-paced environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project delivery across transformation programmes, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and quality targets are met.Design and execute change management strategies that drive adoption and minimize organizational resistance.Oversee IT delivery workstreams, coordinating across technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.Support the integration and adoption of AI-driven solutions, translating technical capabilities into business value.Develop and maintain governance frameworks, risk registers, RAID logs, and project reporting structures.Facilitate executive-level steering committees and cross-functional workshops.Act as a trusted advisor to senior clients, providing strategic guidance and challenge where appropriate.Manage interdependencies across workstreams and elevate risks proactively.Required Skills & Experience10+ years of project/programme management experience, preferably within a consulting environment.Proven track record in organizational change management — including stakeholder engagement, communications planning, training design, and adoption measurement.Strong IT delivery background, with experience managing technology projects through full lifecycle (from requirements through to deployment and hypercare).Demonstrated experience working on AI or data‑driven transformation programmes — either implementing AI tools, managing AI product rollouts, or advising on AI adoption strategies.Core consulting skills: structured problem solving, executive communication, client relationship management, and deliverable production.Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).Strong risk management and issue resolution capabilities.Preferred QualificationsPMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.Prosci ADKAR or equivalent change management certification.Experience in a Big 4 or top‑tier management consultancy.Familiarity with AI platforms and tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, generative AI products, automation platforms).Confident communicator with the ability to influence at C‑suite level.Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments.Collaborative team player who can also lead and challenge constructively.VerticalTechnology#J-18808-Ljbffr
