Senior Project Manager - Mega Events

are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver large-scale, high-profile mega events. This role requires full ownership of the project lifecycle, strong leadership, and the ability to operate under pressure in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment. Key Responsibilities Lead the project end-to-end from planning to final delivery Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones Coordinate cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, production, logistics, vendors) Manage multiple stakeholders and ensure alignment across all parties Identify risks, resolve issues, and manage last-minute changes effectively Control budgets, track costs, and ensure financial efficiency Provide clear progress updates and executive-level reporting Ensure high-quality delivery aligned with objectives and expectations Maintain strong on-ground presence during critical phases of execution Requirements 7-10+ years of experience in managing large-scale or complex projects Proven experience in mega events, large activations, or time-critical projects Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills Excellent stakeholder and team management capabilities Ability to work under high pressure and tight deadlines Strong communication and organizational skills PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus What We're Looking For Hands-on leader, not just a coordinator Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing environments Detail-oriented with a strong execution mindset Available for full commitment during the project duration Contract Type Project-Based / Fixed-Term Location Riyadh
