Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager – Terminal Delivery will lead the execution and delivery of terminal projects within the T6, Cargo, and Private Aviation cluster. This managerial role is responsible for overseeing project delivery from design coordination through construction, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.The role will act as a key interface between design, delivery, and operational stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of terminal and aviation facilities.Key ResponsibilitiesLead delivery of terminal projects across T6, Cargo, and Private Aviation facilitiesManage end-to-end project lifecycle from design coordination to construction and handoverCoordinate with Design teams to ensure constructability and alignment with delivery objectivesOversee contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure project execution meets scope, time, and costMonitor project schedules, milestones, and progress against approved plansManage project risks, issues, and change requests, ensuring proper governance and approvalsEnsure compliance with aviation standards, safety requirements, and regulatory frameworksLead site coordination and ensure adherence to design specifications during constructionDrive resolution of technical and operational challenges during deliveryPrepare regular project reports for senior management highlighting progress, risks, and key decisionsSupport cost control, forecasting, and value engineering initiativesEnsure smooth project handover and readiness for operationsEducationBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related fieldExperienceMinimum 6 years of experience in project management within aviation, infrastructure, or large-scale developmentsStrong experience in terminal delivery, airport projects, or complex building constructionExperience managing contractors and multidisciplinary teams on-siteExposure to Cargo or Private Aviation facilities is a plusFamiliarity with international standards and construction best practicesPrevious experience in a managerial / lead role#J-18808-Ljbffr
