Senior Project Manager

<div><p>The Senior Project Manager – Terminal Delivery will lead the execution and delivery of terminal projects within the<b>T6, Cargo, and Private Aviation cluster</b>. This managerial role is responsible for overseeing project delivery from design coordination through construction, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.</p><p>The role will act as a key interface between design, delivery, and operational stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of terminal and aviation facilities.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead delivery of terminal projects across<b>T6, Cargo, and Private Aviation facilities</b></li><li>Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from design coordination to construction and handover</li><li>Coordinate with Design teams to ensure constructability and alignment with delivery objectives</li><li>Oversee contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure project execution meets scope, time, and cost</li><li>Monitor project schedules, milestones, and progress against approved plans</li><li>Manage project risks, issues, and change requests, ensuring proper governance and approvals</li><li>Ensure compliance with aviation standards, safety requirements, and regulatory frameworks</li><li>Lead site coordination and ensure adherence to design specifications during construction</li><li>Drive resolution of technical and operational challenges during delivery</li><li>Prepare regular project reports for senior management highlighting progress, risks, and key decisions</li><li>Support cost control, forecasting, and value engineering initiatives</li><li>Ensure smooth project handover and readiness for operations</li></ul><h3>Education</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field</li></ul><h3>Experience</h3><ul><li><b>Minimum 6 years of experience</b>in project management within aviation, infrastructure, or large-scale developments</li><li>Strong experience in<b>terminal delivery, airport projects, or complex building construction</b></li><li>Experience managing contractors and multidisciplinary teams on-site</li><li>Exposure to<b>Cargo or Private Aviation facilities is a plus</b></li><li>Familiarity with international standards and construction best practices</li><li>Previous experience in a<b>managerial / lead role</b></li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
