As the Senior Project Manager, you will bring structure, clarity, and disciplined execution to a dynamic environment—ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic business goals.Detailed Job DescriptionAs a Senior Project Manager – IT, you will oversee multi‑domain technology programs, including data center initiatives, cloud migrations, network upgrades, business applications, and enterprise transformation projects. You will be responsible for project planning, budgeting, vendor coordination, resource allocation, and risk management. This role requires the ability to navigate both Agile and Waterfall frameworks, work closely with cross‑functional teams, and manage senior stakeholders. You will ensure governance standards are met, develop executive‑level reporting, and lead teams through delivery milestones with strong ownership and accountability.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale IT projects across infrastructure, cloud, and applications.Create project plans, budgets, forecasts, timelines, and governance reports.Manage vendors, internal teams, and cross‑functional technical stakeholders.Conduct risk assessments, create mitigation strategies, and drive issue resolution.Ensure high‑quality execution aligned with PMO standards, SLAs, and compliance controls.Balance Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies based on project needs.Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and executive stakeholder communication.Oversee project documentation, change management, and scope control.Support data center infrastructure modernization or migration initiatives.Required Qualifications & Skills12+ years of professional IT Project Management experience.Proven track record managing large, multi‑domain technology programs.Strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall delivery models.Solid experience in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and vendor management.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.PMP or equivalent project management certification (highly preferred).Experience in data center infrastructure or migration projects is a strong advantage.Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.Nice‑to‑Have SkillsExperience working within enterprise PMO environments.Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).Strong documentation skills—business cases, BRDs, RAID logs, dashboards.Exposure to cybersecurity, ITSM, or digital transformation programs.Ability to lead multiple parallel projects in fast‑paced environments.#J-18808-Ljbffr
