Were committed to fostering a culture of creativity belonging and continuous learning attracting and developing the brightest talent and providing exciting career opportunities that help our people grow.The RoleThe Senior Project Manager is the primary daytoday contact with the Client Marcom team and works closely with their Producers Project Managers Image Producers Print Production Manager and Channel Sales Program (CSP) Managers to implement channel campaigns for CEMEA.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end to end localization of all Channel marketing materials (from briefing to delivery) on the agency sideBuild strong client relationships which enable a clear understanding of the clients Channel partner structure and print vendors. Be the goto person for Channel Marketing asset localization and productionBuild strong internal relationships across the agency (Traffic Content Interactive Studio Print Production Finance and Operations)Lead planning for new projects: liaising with the client and line managerUpdate daily tracker during live project shared with Producers and DeploymentHighlight opportunities for improving processes and align internally and with Clients Producers prior to implementationOwn the basics of client service including creating and updating agendas timing plans contact reports and cost estimatesCommunicate the briefs to the studio and print production teams and ensure that the correct creative direction is being taken Immerse yourself in the clients brand and offeringSet and manage client expectations ensuring they follow the agreed workflows and collaborate to find swift resolution on any issuesManage the approval of quarterly budgets flagging important budget fluctuations to the client and line managerThe ability to write prepare and present project documentation presentations and reports with a strategic mindset and point of viewEnsure that the line manager is aware of all client issues and proposed solutions (including potential delays) to ensure swift resolution and avoid further escalationAct as a brand QC/Guardian always ensure brand guidelines QC checklists and procedures are followedKeep GAD/CSD and FD informed of any circumstances which would positively or negatively affect forecastsDemonstrate a thorough understanding of the Hogarth business model services and technologyOrganize teamwork create a balanced work schedule and ensure people are able to deliver resultsRequirementsOrganize teamwork create a balanced work schedule and ensure people are able to deliver resultsDegree or diploma and a minimum of 8 years solid agency/localization experience gained working on global retail and/or shopper accounts from creative development to final productionGood knowledge of print color retouching and digital artwork productions processes and best practicesExperience in financial management and understanding the importance of accurate financial managementExcellent spreadsheet skills in both Excel Keynote and Numbers. Demonstration of experience in managing complex spreadsheetsExcellent English skillswritten and verbal is a prerequisite.
