Whether youve got deep experience in commercial real estate skilled trades or technology or youre looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.We are looking for a Senior Project Manager (Fit-Out) for our P&DS team based in Ras Al Khaimah (on site).The selected candidate will be seconded to our client and will be accountable for day-to-day delivery of all project management tasks.What this job involvesManage the delivery of project management tasksDevelop the client brief and Project Execution Plans to suit the specific requirements of the projectUndertake full design management and manage design teams in the development of design solutions to meet the clients expectations and budgetFully manage and handle local government approvals processAdminister complex contracts proactively managing and confirming the compliance of contractors/consultants to the contract terms and conditionsAssist with the compilation of tender documents and critically reviewing tender returns contract negotiations award of contracts and client reportingDevelop project documentation programs master budget etcProduce reports to suit relevant stages of the projectsDeliver projects within the framework of risk sustainability and environmental considerations agreed at the business case/client brief stage while maintaining focus on time cost and qualityMonitor and report on the contractors progress against the contract programManage consultant teams to ensure that the contractors design is done in compliance with the contractManage internal teams across projects and act as a lead for deliveryDesired skills and experienceDegree Qualification in Engineering Construction or relevant fieldProfessional Memberships are an advantage but not essentialExcellent written and verbal Arabic and English10 years of previous professional consultancy experience in the Middle East ideally in UAEExperience in managing delivery of fit-out projects ideally retail tenant coordination delivery in the regionStrong Stakeholder Management SkillsLocationOn-site Dubai AREIf this job description resonates with you we encourage you to apply even if you dont meet all of the requirements.
