Job Title: Senior Project Manager – Luxury Fit‑OutReporting To: Project Director / Executive DirectorRole MandateOwn and lead the delivery of ultra‑luxury hospitality fit‑out projects, acting as the single point of accountability for execution, commercial performance, and client satisfaction—ensuring flawless alignment with international operator standards and design intent.Key AccountabilitiesFull Project Ownership: Drive end‑to‑end delivery of high‑value luxury hotel fit‑out packages (rooms, suites, public areas, signature F&B, spas, VIP zones).Client & Operator Leadership: Act as the primary interface with clients, consultants, and operators; confidently manage C-level and brand stakeholders.Programme Excellence: Lead fast‑track, high‑pressure delivery environments with zero tolerance for delays.Commercial Control: Own budget performance, cost reporting, variations, claims, and margin protection.Procurement Strategy: Direct sourcing of bespoke materials, FF&E, and specialist trades aligned with luxury standards.Quality & Brand Compliance: Ensure meticulous execution aligned with international luxury hotel brands; zero compromise on finish and detailing.Team Leadership: Build, lead, and inspire high‑performing multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.Risk & Value Engineering: Proactively mitigate risks and drive intelligent value engineering without diluting design integrity.Handover Excellence: Deliver seamless testing, commissioning, snag‑free handover, and operator readiness.Profile15–20+ years with tier-1 main contractors.Proven leadership on ultra‑luxury hospitality fit‑out projects in KSA/GCC or globally.Deep expertise in high‑end finishes, bespoke joinery, and FF&E coordination.Strong commercial acumen with hands‑on experience managing large project P&L.Demonstrated ability to manage elite stakeholders and complex project environments.Leadership AttributesExecutive presence with strong decision‑making authorityDetail‑obsessed with a passion for craftsmanship and qualityResilient, delivery‑focused, and solution‑drivenHigh emotional intelligence and stakeholder influence#J-18808-Ljbffr
