Position Title: Senior Project Manager – Design & Build FirmEmployment Type: Full TimeSalary: depending on experience and qualificationsBenefits: Family visa, insurance, and yearly airline ticketJob Location: Abu Dhabi, UAEAbout the ClientA leading Abu Dhabi based interior design and fit-out company with over 25 years of experience delivering high-end, turnkey interior solutions across diverse industries.Job DescriptionProject Leadership & Delivery: Oversee end-to-end project execution from concept through handover, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and budgets.Stakeholder & Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.Cost & Risk Management: Develop and manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, control variations, and proactively identify and mitigate risks.Team & Site Oversight: Lead multidisciplinary teams including designers, engineers, subcontractors, and site staff to ensure quality control, compliance, and operational efficiency.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.Minimum 10+ years of project management experience, with proven delivery of commercial, residential, and hospitality projects.Strong knowledge of fit-out processes, local regulations, and authority approvals and demonstrated experience managing budgets, contracts, procurement, and subcontractors.Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and AutoCAD.
