<div><p>Position Title: Senior Project Manager – Design&Build Firm</p><p>Employment Type: Full Time</p><p>Salary: depending on experience and qualifications</p><p>Benefits: Family visa, insurance, and yearly airline ticket</p><p>Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE</p><h3>About the Client</h3><p>A leading Abu Dhabi based interior design and fit-out company with over 25 years of experience delivering high-end, turnkey interior solutions across diverse industries.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><ul><li>Project Leadership&Delivery: Oversee end-to-end project execution from concept through handover, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and budgets.</li><li>Stakeholder&Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Cost&Risk Management: Develop and manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, control variations, and proactively identify and mitigate risks.</li><li>Team&Site Oversight: Lead multidisciplinary teams including designers, engineers, subcontractors, and site staff to ensure quality control, compliance, and operational efficiency.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 10+ years of project management experience, with proven delivery of commercial, residential, and hospitality projects.</li><li>Strong knowledge of fit-out processes, local regulations, and authority approvals and demonstrated experience managing budgets, contracts, procurement, and subcontractors.</li><li>Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and AutoCAD.
