<div><p><b>Job Title:</b>Senior Project Manager - Main Contractor - Construction – Data Centres</p><p><b>Sector:</b>Mission-Critical / Data Centres</p><h3><b>Role Overview</b></h3><p>An international main contractor is seeking an experienced<b>Senior Project Manager</b>to lead the delivery of a major<b>data centre project in Saudi Arabia</b>.</p><p>This is a senior, site-based role with full responsibility for end-to-end project delivery, from mobilisation through commissioning and handover. The project is technically complex, MEP-intensive and delivered to strict end‑user requirements.</p><h3><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li>Full responsibility for<b>project delivery</b>including programme, cost, quality, HSE and commercial performance</li><li>Lead and manage site-based project teams including Construction, Engineering, Commercial and Planning functions</li><li>Manage and coordinate<b>MEP-heavy scopes</b>, interfaces and sequencing critical to data centre delivery</li><li>Oversee subcontractor procurement, performance and compliance</li><li>Drive programme certainty, identifying and mitigating risks to the critical path</li><li>Chair client, consultant and stakeholder coordination meetings</li><li>Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, approvals and project governance</li><li>Lead commissioning, testing and handover activities in line with mission‑critical standards</li><li>Maintain high standards of HSE, quality assurance and reporting</li><li>Provide accurate and timely reporting to senior leadership</li></ul><h3><b>Required Experience&Background</b></h3><ul><li>Proven background with a<b>main contractor</b>delivering<b>data centre or mission‑critical projects</b></li><li>Demonstrable experience on<b>large‑scale data centre builds</b>(hyperscale or colocation)</li><li>Strong<b>MEP coordination and commissioning</b>experience</li><li>Previous experience working in<b>Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC</b></li><li>Track record of managing large, multidisciplinary site teams</li><li>Strong commercial and contractual awareness from a contractor perspective</li><li>Experience dealing with demanding end users and strict performance requirements</li></ul><h3><b>Qualifications</b></h3><ul><li>Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline</li><li>Working knowledge of<b>FIDIC contracts</b>preferred</li></ul><h3><b>Key Attributes</b></h3><ul><li>Delivery-focused with a strong problem‑solving mindset</li><li>Comfortable operating in high‑pressure, live project environments</li><li>Strong leadership and decision‑making capability</li><li>Willing to be site‑based in Saudi Arabia</li></ul><h3><b>Why This Role</b></h3><ul><li>Long‑term pipeline of<b>mission‑critical work</b>in the region</li><li>Opportunity to take full ownership of a high‑profile build</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
