Our Integrated Well Services team works onsite with our customers to support their well construction projects.Partner with the bestThe Senior Project Management Manager – Integrated Solutions will take the ownership of delivering well design technical requirements and operational plans to accomplish both Baker Hughes and customers’ technical and financial goals.As a Senior Project Management Manager – Integrated Solutions you will be responsible for:Managing on-time delivery performance improvement and incremental revenue through upsell strategies, additional pull-through of additional products or services.Owning the overall customer deliverables by having responsibility for the Integrated Solutions compliance financial KPIs, service delivery and HSE performance.Responsible for all aspects of the financial performance of the project.Leading the support for the sales teams development of any future related opportunity pipelines.Aligning cross-product-line strategies to the Integrated Solutions project deliverables.Promoting and driving implementation of Remote Operations in the projects as applicable.Managing the core Project Management Team and indirectly all other project-assigned personnel.Managing multiple products and services across multiple well sites/rigs often in complex contractual arrangements.Applying Baker Hughes specific group (Integrated Solutions) Management System processes and procedures to the project as well as any mandated software solutions that are applicable.To be successful in this role you will:Have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a scientific discipline from an accredited university or relevant industry experience.Have strong interpersonal influencing and planning skills; will be considered necessary for this position.Have excellent English oral and written communication skills, including the ability to organize meetings and distribute accurate and succinct minutes.Have a minimum of 20 years of experience in the relevant industry with a minimum of 5 years as a project manager.Have at least 10 years of experience in coiled tubing with previous experience with Baker Hughes.Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different.
