KBR employs approximately 34000 people worldwide (including our joint ventures) with customers in more than 80 countries and operations in 40 countries.Job PurposeThe Senior Project Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the EPCM FEED design onshore and brownfield projects for the BPROOEPCM project in Abudhabi UAE. They will work closely with the project team to ensure successful project delivery within budget and schedule.Job ResponsibilitiesManage and lead a team of engineers and designers to ensure project objectives are met.Develop and implement project plans schedules and budgets.Coordinate with clients vendors and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.Review and approve engineering designs drawings and specifications.Monitor and report on project progress risks and issues.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations codes and standards.Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.Participate in project meetings reviews and presentations.Functional AreasProject Management: Oversee all aspects of project planning and delivery.Engineering Design: Review and approve engineering designs drawings and specifications.Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of engineers and designers to achieve project objectives.Client Relations: Coordinate with clients to ensure project requirements are met.Vendor and Subcontractor Management: Work closely with vendors and subcontractors to procure materials and services.Compliance: Ensure project compliance with all relevant regulations codes and standardsRisk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery.Communication: Effectively communicate project progress issues and updates to stakeholdersProblemsolving: Utilize strong problemsolving skills to address project challenges and obstaclesDecisionmaking: Make informed decisions to keep the project on track and within budget and schedule.Technical Skills & QualificationsEngineering degree in a related field10 years of experience in EPCM FEED design onshore and brownfield projectsStrong technical knowledge and understanding of engineering principles and practices.Proficiency in project management tools and softwareFamiliarity with relevant industry standards and regulationsExcellent problemsolving and decisionmaking skillsAbility to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.Soft SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong leadership and team management abilitiesAbility to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.Strong organizational and time management skillsRequired ExperienceSenior IC#J-18808-Ljbffr
