QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Chemical)Master’s degree is an advantageExperience15+ years in oil & gas industry.Minimum 5 years in PMC / EPCM roleExperience with ADNOC Major projects (highly preferred). Must have at least three (3) years of experience in similar position for international major Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects.Offshore / island project experience is a strong advantageSkills & CompetenciesStrong project management and coordination skillsGood knowledge of international codes (API, ASME, IEC, etc.)Familiarity with ADNOC standards and proceduresProficiency in Primavera P6 / MS ProjectExcellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to work in remote site conditions (Das Island rotation)Job DescriptionManage and coordinate engineering, procurement, and construction activities on behalf of the client (PMC role), ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with technical and contractual requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination & ExecutionAct as the focal point between client, EPC contractors, and stakeholdersOversee project execution across all phases (FEED, Detailed Engineering, Construction, Commissioning)Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to project schedule and milestonesEngineering OversightReview and approve engineering deliverables (drawings, specifications, calculations)Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, international codes, and project requirementsCoordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities (process, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, civil)Construction & Site ManagementSupervise on-site construction activities and ensure alignment with approved designsResolve technical issues arising during construction and commissioningEnsure constructability reviews and site readinessHSE & Quality ComplianceEnsure strict adherence to HSE policies, procedures, and ADNOC safety standardsParticipate in risk assessments, HAZOP/HAZID, and safety auditsMonitor QA/QC activities and ensure compliance with project specificationsPlanning & SchedulingReview and track project schedules (Primavera P6 or equivalent)Identify delays, risks, and mitigation strategiesEnsure timely progress reporting to stakeholdersCost & Contract ManagementMonitor project budgets, variations, and change ordersReview contractor invoices and progress paymentsSupport contract administration and claims evaluationStakeholder CommunicationPrepare progress reports, technical notes, and presentationsConduct meetings with client, contractors, and vendorsEnsure effective communication across all project interfaces#J-18808-Ljbffr
