Doha, QatarPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer (Onshore) - URGENT role. Location: Doha, Qatar. We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join our client's team and support major onshore Oil & Gas projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong multidisciplinary coordination experience, robust engineering planning capabilities, and solid exposure to brownfield project environments. This role requires significant expertise across Pre‑FEED and FEED phases, with the ability to manage complex interfaces with statutory authorities and external stakeholders.Mandatory RequirementsFull‑Time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited university15+ years of experience as a Senior Project Engineer within the Oil & Gas industry in EngineeringMust have solid experience in Onshore projectsMust have experience of working with multidisciplinary teamsMust have well developed engineering planning skillsPreferably Middle East experienceExperience working with an international engineering consultancyExperience in interface management with statutory authorities and external stakeholdersStrong experience in brownfield environmentMandatory experience in Pre‑FEED and FEED phaseKey ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering deliverables across all project phases.Manage project interfaces, including engagement with statutory authorities and external stakeholders.Oversee engineering planning to ensure schedules, deliverables, and regulatory requirements are met.Provide technical guidance to engineering teams and ensure compliance with standards and project specifications.Support brownfield activities such as site assessments, engineering evaluations, and integration planning.Collaborate with international engineering consultancies and internal teams to drive project outcomes.Maintain effective communication, documentation, and reporting across Pre‑FEED and FEED stages.Interested candidates are encouraged to send their CV to mahirah.marisa@airswift.com to apply or learn more.Referrals are welcome too—feel free to share this opportunity with qualified professionals in your network.#J-18808-Ljbffr
